About the Artist

Beginning his career in foundry in 1974, Scott Nelles first began applying his trade to art with a line of cast belt buckles. Over the years, his art and interests have changed, and he now works out of his home state of Michigan using a variety of materials and techniques to produce his hand-sculpted works in aluminum and bronze.
