Refund policy

We accept fully packaged, unused and undamaged merchandise for returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you'd like to exchange or return an item you've purchased from Commerce & Craft, please contact us at hello@commerceandcraft.com and we will send you instructions on how to start this process. Items sent for return without contacting us will not be accepted.

 

**Please note: Commerce & Craft is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, if making an exchange we will pay for shipping of the exchange order to you. 

**Special consideration is given to items damaged in transit. Please contact hello@commerceandcraft.com if you need assistance with a damaged order.
